Regulation B derivation[edit]

I just added a redirect here from Regulation B, and also tried to source where the term Regulation B comes from. Can anyone find a better source that's more explicit about the (b) in 12 C.F.R. § 1002.1(b) (2017) being the reason it's called Regulation B?
