I don't understand why this book is not "notable." I found it on Amazon pretty easily: the isbn is 978-0870742897. Also, re- Billy Howard, someone should create an entry on him: His work has been exhibited internationally and has been featured on “Good Morning America,” “CBS This Morning,” and NPR’s “Performance Today.” His photographs were projected in the Olympic Stadium during the opening ceremonies to the 1996 Summer Olympic Games. He has been on assignment throughout the world and has received grants from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Georgia Council for the Arts and the Southern Arts Federation. He received an honorary doctor of literature degree from St. Andrews College and was an artist-in-residence at the National School of Photography in Arles, France. Having a book for sale on Amazon is by no means notable. (See this policy.) The references provided cannot be verified, and the links at the bottom have nothing directly to do with the subject. Frankly, the article appears to be somewhat promotional.
