Historic environmental issues[edit]

While I was researching to write Nuclear energy in Uruguay, I noted in some of sources that there was an issue related to a possible installation of a nuclear facility in the country, which bring itself protests from local people of some departamentos of Uruguay. This can be included in a History section of this article. --Zerabat (talk) 12:50, 30 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Lack of Information[edit]

Throughout the article I find the overview lacking depth and a clear introduction. There is no smooth transition or introductory sentence. There should be an introductory paragraph, creating a setting. The sub-titles don't follow a certain reasoning and are all composed of one or two sentences. In my opinion, maybe a structure like this would be better: 1. Introduction 2. Overview 3. History 4. Current Events 5. Effect on Population 6. Effect on Government Something along these lines with a better train of thought and a more informative and captivating sub-title. There should be mentions of policies that are trying to be passed in Uruguay to better the environment, if any. If those policies are trying to be passed, who is doing it? If they are not, why are they not. Thank You [User:Tomas zerbino|Tomas zerbinol]] (talk) — Preceding unsigned comment added by Tzerbino (talkcontribs) 05:48, 19 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
