"a company of one hundred coeds"[edit]

Does this mean a company of mixed male and female, or is this "coed" in the US slang sense of "female student"? And did the University of Missouri really allow female students to become army cadets in the 1880s? Did it even have female students in the 1880s? Sergeant Cribb (talk) 13:18, 2 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
