Hormones[edit]

What hormones are produced in the pancreas?

I've moved this question to Wikipedia:Reference desk#Hormones of the pancreas, where it's likely to be better answered. --Diberri | Talk 17:26, Jun 12, 2004 (UTC)

Duplicate page?[edit]

Since this is the newer of two mostly-similar pages (endocrine system and endocrine gland), any objection to making endocrine gland the redirect? (Of course, I'll pull unique content from this page over to endocrine system first!) Thoughts? - Csari 16:38, 5 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Go for it, but confirm that the image is usable. alteripse 16:40, 5 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Error in image caption?[edit]

I think there's a mistake in the caption; it says something like 'male-left, female-Right' but I thought that other than the gonads, all the rest (pineal through adrenal and pancreas) were basically identical in both sexes? The caption gives a different, and I am pretty sure incorrect, impression. However, I'm not a bio expert, could someone else please confirm, and fix? Thanks!
