The article about Elkie Brooks does not cite a reliable source which is third-party to assert that she can be described as a jazz singer. Her own website does not really count, and the Express newspapers are certainly not RS within Wikipedia terms. Brooks is absent from Jazz reference books and a handful of albums on which she appears classifiable as jazz records does not mean she fits into the category of being a jazz musician, and thus of this article being a jazz discography.
