Hon Fellow of Peterhouse Cambridge[edit]

I have just visited the Peterhouse College website and she is not listed as an Hon Fellow. http://www.pet.cam.ac.uk/fellows/fellows.html Jovialjooles 12:51, 16 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Her name has since been added. JRawle (Talk) 12:39, 31 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

First paragraph[edit]

I'm not sure why her involvement in the Diana, Princess of Wales inquest is mentioned in the paragraph. Unless anyone gives a really good reason I propose changing it. Surely her most important achievements should be listed first, such as being President of the Family Division of the High Court.--Oxonian2006 (talk) 10:34, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Those things certainly ougth to be lsited, but the inquest did have a high profile, and may well be why people are familiar with her name. I don't see that it's necesary to remove it entirely. David Underdown (talk) 10:59, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Really? I thought she was still best known for her Cleveland inquiry.--Oxonian2006 (talk) 22:08, 4 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Now I'd completely forgotten she was involved in that. Anything to do with Diana is (still) high profile, and more likely to be reported around the world. David Underdown (talk) 07:48, 5 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Six years on from this discussion, it really no longer applies. Diana is ancient history, and Butler-Sloss is much more notable for her other achievements. Ghmyrtle (talk) 20:51, 14 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
