citations[edit]

She has been cited some, but she doesn't have an entry at Google scholar. Valereee (talk) 14:58, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Valereee and Dumelow: It looks to me like she goes by Liz Whittle. That is the name she also uses for her LinkedIn profile. What do you think about the notability of the person? Bruxton (talk) 15:44, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
It's often so hard to tell, especially with scholars who aren't actually working in academe. I think she's probably not quite over the hump, but I tend to be pretty cautious about notability. Valereee (talk) 15:50, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Valereee: Thanks, I feel like we need a biography to get there, Dumelow has added some bio details that move the needle a bit. I see this with other professionals who are known by their work. Especially creative professionals. Bruxton (talk) 15:57, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Great job[edit]

A terrific effort, with notability for Wales, garden history and women. I'm pretty confident we can rebut Notability challenges. Bruxton, are you taking the honours in moving it to mainspace.? She needs some more Categories - is there not one for garden historians? KJP1 (talk) 22:48, 21 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@KJP1: It is moved, some other editors fixed it up. Bruxton (talk) 23:15, 22 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
