Much of this article is taken directly from the website http://en.allexperts.com/e/e/ei/eise_eisinga.htm. The only difference is is that there are a lot of misspellings on the Dutch site, signifying poor translations skills into English on that site. But it also indicates that writer of much of this article used that site for direct quotes without citing it as the source of the material or probably with permission. This is plagiarism.
