See ref ^[1]. The meat of this folio work is his 12 etched plates showing stages in the demolition of the old London Bridge, and the construction of John Rennie's new bridge. Cooke actually drew many more pictures (60?), they are owned by the City of London and held in the Guildhall gallery.
I should also mention that there are quite a few of his works, mainly paintings, in Wikimedia Commons under category Edward William Cooke. It seems normal not to put references to items in Commons in the text of articles unless the item is actually an illustration, but it would be helpful it is was, as searching Commons can be a bit of a nightmare.
