Duncan Forbes was not a lord. He was Duncan Forbes of Culloden. He was for some time Lord President of the Court of Session.

This point is correct; what's the best way of changing it? Create a new page?

Dates of office stated in infobox[edit]

If he died in December 1747, how could he be in office as Lord President of the Court of Session until June 1748? Unless it's simply a typo, some explanation is required...
