Why it shouldn't be deleted[edit]

The entire Hank the Cowdog series is award-winning and best-selling. I feel that each book in the series needs an article, because they are so popular. They may not be Twilight, but they have a strong following and are worth including on Wikipedia. White Arabian mare (talk) 01:49, 29 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Then please include the relevant sources to that effect. All Wikipedia articles must bw sourced. --Kudpung กุดผึ้ง (talk) 05:07, 29 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Might be a good idea to make them a list under the Hank the Cowdog article. We don't have separate articles for most of the Black Stallion books, only a couple. These books sell well in a regional niche market, but I don't think they've hit the NYT best-seller list. (They are cute books... and the series passes notability) Montanabw(talk) 19:01, 29 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

I added Amazon as a source, because Hank books are a high seller for them. In the main article there is a list of books with links to each one that has a separate article. White Arabian mare (talk) 22:38, 29 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Amazon is a bookseller. Sources are things like reviews from magazines or newspapers.--Savonneux (talk) 01:15, 30 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
IF you want to use Amazon as a source, you have to be more specific than just amazon.com. For example, If you wanted to link to a specific Amazon page, like this one, to use the quote "grassroots publishing phenomenon," that would be fine... See the difference?
