Just read Wikipedia:Naming conventions (television). Wouldn't the same be said for most series articles with a franchise page? Support, for a number of reasons. First, the series (and the franchise media generally) is centered on a character, and there is indeed a Dora the Explorer (character) article, which could conceivably be the primary topic of the term.
