Cast listing in the closing credits does not follow the same billing order as in the opening credits[edit]

It may be noted that, in the film's opening credits, 10 cast members are listed. Below is a reproduction of the form in which the cast is depicted:

The on-screen closing credits, on the other hand, list names of 18 cast members, with Helen Hayes listed first, followed by Vince Edwards, raised to second billing from his sixth "and" billing in the opening credits. As the list scrolls upward, the remaining 8 names from the opening credits are listed in the same order, followed by additional 8 cast members whose names did not appear in the opening.
