Mental retardation[edit]

I would say Dizzy Devil is mentally retarded - his behavior corresponds to all signs for mental retardation:

   * sit up, crawl, or walk later than other children;
   * learn to talk later, or have trouble speaking,
   * find it hard to remember things,
   * not understand how to pay for things,
   * have trouble understanding social rules,
   * have trouble seeing the consequences of their actions,
   * have trouble solving problems, and/or
   * have trouble thinking logically.

Restoring[edit]

I'm restoring the article. Even though voting doesn't count as per WP:VOTE, the voting was 2 against 2. Many of you might not remember it, but I was a kid with the right age when Tiny Toons was airing. He was clearly one of the main characters of the show and probably the one with more merchandise. Back then it was rare to see a toy store without a stuffed Dizzy or a Kid's clothing store without Dizzy shirts. You can Google the character and you can even Google book him.

If someone thinks the article needs improvement, he can do the improvement or, instead of wasting time trying to delete an article time will only keep bringing back as per the above reasons, he can ask help to people that know about the topic (they'd probably be at the discussion pages of related topics.--20-dude (talk) 18:11, 30 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
