Sigewulf?[edit]

The father of Eadgifu was called Sigehelm, not Sigewulf. After checking, there were two distinct ealdormen with those names who were both killed in the Battle of the Holme. With their similar names, the confusion is easy to make. – Swa cwæð Ælfgar (talk) 14:41, 20 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
