Neutrality and references[edit]

I added Template:Additional citation needed and Template:POV to the article as it seems to be written by someone close to Mendes, or even Mendes himself, given the superfluous details regarding his high secondary school marks which even reference the out of 20 scale once used in Portuguese schools, laudatory statements about Mendes as a working student, as well as the previous lack of proper English syntax and orthography. While parts of the article are sourced, these NPOV claims are not. The neutrality problem is mirrored on the Portuguese language version of this article.
