Family tree!?[edit]

I wonder why this was considered an important contribution to this article... She married an actor, had two kids, and then remarried. Is there cause to show a family tree that shows who her daughter-in-law and grandchildren happen to be? Obsessive, but surely not important... 67.101.243.74 04:53, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

The family tree graph does not properly scan in my IE6 showing the relationships disjointed. In addition, this graph uses a false perception of what the dashed-or-dotted line means in genealogy. Traditionally reserved for suspect or conjectured relationships, not spouses. Wjhonson (talk) 04:49, 7 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

She died on July 3, 2015 according to sources. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.237.34.211 (talk) 22:05, 4 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

The Hollywood Reporter gives no date. Variety says Saturday (July 4). What "sources" are you referring to? --Tenebrae (talk) 22:08, 4 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Both Variety and Hollywood Reporter now says Friday the 3rd. I've corrected the date. DrKilleMoff (talk) 22:32, 4 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It would have been helpful if you'd said this in the edit summary. No worries. All good. --Tenebrae (talk) 22:46, 4 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

It turns out that Michael Douglas' production company says Diana Dill dies on Saturday July 4, 2015. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 207.237.34.211 (talk) 02:20, 5 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Variety is still saying Friday, and The Hollywood Reporter is still not giving a date. Again to the anon IP: What are your sources? Please name them. --Tenebrae (talk) 02:49, 5 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Article name[edit]

Shouldn't the article name be Donna Douglas since that was her professional stage name? DrKilleMoff (talk) 22:25, 4 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

That wasn't her professional stage name. There's another actress named Donna Douglas, best known for The Beverly Hillbillies. --Tenebrae (talk) 22:28, 4 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

My misstake. Of course I meant Diana Douglas. DrKilleMoff (talk) 22:30, 4 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Diana Douglas does seem to me to be the common name and, so, what the article should be titled. I would imagine this would be an uncontroversial move not requiring a formal move processes, but what do other editors think?--Tenebrae (talk) 22:34, 4 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]
I think the article must be moved to Diana Douglas. More sources of her passing are titled by Diana Douglas. It's her common name. Agree on move. --TDKR Chicago 101 (talk) 22:37, 4 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

American or English?[edit]

Her own son calls her "English":
