Mira Papo should not be described as a girl[edit]

Mira Papo (born Donna Mira Papo) is described in several places in this article as a girl. She was a young woman who had escaped to the woods and as a member of Tito's Partisans until her unit commander disarmed all the Jews in his unit and ordered them to return to occupied Sarajevo. When she wss taken in by the Kohuts, they developed the cover story that she was a Muslim cousin living with them to help tend to their infant son. [1][2]
