Austin is likely notable, but the draft needed some work. I view it as unlikely to receive that work by its creating IP editor, so have accepted it.
The article seems to trade on inherited notability in some cases. Text and referecning needs attention to show that Austin is notable in her own right. See WP:SPEAKSELF
