Etymology?[edit]

Where does the name "The Deadlys" come from? Is it an acronym, or does the term have some history? LC 72.54.202.49 (talk) 19:59, 18 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Naming convention for the winners list articles[edit]

I'm about to move all the winner lists from the format "The Deadlys Awards winners [year]" to "Deadly Awards [year]"—it should be either "The Deadly Awards" or "The Deadlys", but not "The Deadlys Awards". Also I don't think the word "winners" is necessary, as per other award lists, an award list can be assumed to contain the winners.

Any objections let me know and we can discuss/move back.

Notability of Deadly Award winners[edit]

An editor has redirected The Donovans to Emma Donovan on the basis that they are not notable. It seems odd as the second sentence in the lead on Emma is 'She is a member of the renowned musical Donovan family.' I have reverted. --Paul foord (talk) 06:11, 13 August 2021 (UTC)[reply]
