Birthdate?[edit]

Does anyone here know of Carasso's birthdate? I've been looking for one on both the German and French wikipedia sites/Yahoo and have come up with dead ends. If anyone locates it, please add it to the article. Even his NYTIMES obituary failed to mention it!Longevitymonger (talk) 20:52, 23 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks to whomever found the birthdate of this man. I was beginning to think he'd never have one!Longevitymonger (talk) 01:33, 4 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Greek Version?[edit]

Isaac and Daniel Carasso were born in the Turkish Salonica, so in the Ottoman Empire and went to Spain with the receipts of the Turkish yoghurt. By the way, at the time yoghurt was a part of the Turkish culture and nobody in Europe knew what it is. The word "yoghurt" derives from the Turkish yoğurt, which means 'to knead'. So I don't understand why you call it 'Greek' yoghurt, please provide us your proofs, as I provided mines.-- 92.227.160.19 (talk) 10:11, 23 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
