Etymology a bit of a mess[edit]

The names in this section should be the same as those given in the opening of the article. Some here are missing there, and vice versa. To justify the redundancy this section calls for etymological information, which is mostly missing. Greek Hermou Polis Mikra and mixed Latin Hermopolis Parva have straightforward glosses given; Egyptian Behdet and Tel Ballamon need glosses. Though clearly based on something like Apollenopolis, the spelling Obollenoboles is certainly not Greek, so what is it?

Without etymologies, the remaining function of this section is to suggest a chronology of naming. For this, it would be helpful to know approximately when these names were used (with appropriate citations), and the title should "History of Name Changes" or the like. Dates would be appropriate even with etymologies provided.

This article refers to "the ancient subterranean Egyptian temple meaning City of Light". Has that a basis?
