This does not fit in meteorological history[edit]

Name of this article[edit]

Should this be called "Cyclone Eloise" or "Tropical Storm Eloise"? Chalane was called a tropical storm and I don't see why this can't be. Gummycow ^moo _milk 17:24, 22 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

When stormy winds are above 117, it is known as tropical cyclones such as hurricanes in the Atlantic and Eastern Pacific and typhoons in the Western Pacific. Dam222 🌋 (talk) 17:52, 22 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

So this talk page has been edited a few times this month by some anonymous users. If they are doing a research paper or something, I'd like to remind them that the talk page should be for discussing improvements for the article.
