Disambiguation and proper titling?[edit]

Currently, this song is listed as Cry Baby Cry while the song "Cry Baby Cry" by Santana and Sean Paul is listed as Cry Baby Cry (song). Would it not make more sense if the articles were titled "Cry Baby Cry (Beatles)" and "Cry Baby Cry (Santana) respectively, and a disambiguation page be made to compare the two?

BTW, I found these pages while looking for the song "Cry Baby" as performed by Janis Joplin. Respectfully, SamBlob 15:51, 31 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

That is the Santana edition. The Person Who Is Strange 18:31, 26 June 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:The White Album.jpg[edit]

Image:The White Album.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.

Lennon's feeling towards the song[edit]

"When asked about "Cry Baby Cry" in 1980, Lennon replied, "Not mine. A piece of rubbish."[1] The "Not mine" part is either a mistake in Lennon's memory, an error in the transcription of the interviewer's audio tape of the interview, or Lennon sarcastically disowning the song."

How would we know this? Has Lennon said at another point that he liked the song? Or is the writer assuming that Lennon loves the song, so that quote just can't be right?

Maybe he really thought it was rubbish. --Seanpatnaude (talk) 19:10, 14 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

It is entirely possible he thought it was rubbish (I'm not particularly fond of it either), but the writer clearly states that he is referring to the "Not mine" part of the statement. No signature (talk) 02:52, 27 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Can You Take Me Back?[edit]

I've added some more info about this song. If you think this is beyond reason, I would advise you to add information about the song to the article you feel is most appropriate, and then add a redirect to that location. As it is, Can You Take Me Back redirects here, and for this article to have no info on it is unacceptable. Evanh2008, Super Genius Who am I? Hasn't it also been referred to as an outtake from Mother nature's son, rather than I will? It certainly sounds much more like Mother nature's son. --37.82.77.38 (talk) 02:41, 22 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]

It is not Can You Take Me Back because with the new release of the White album Deluxe, Can You Take Me Back is a full song, but it does not have anymore lyrics. Maybe because the Beatles did not have enough Lyrics for the song, they decided to only use a short bit of it? I think of Can You Take Me back as being an intro for Revolution Number 9. I could be wrong and I have not really researched it. The full song however I find just amazing fantastic. Maybe now Can You Take Me Back will finally merit its own page?
