Notability template[edit]

This person does not seem to meet the criteria for WP:BIO. Candidacy in an election is usually not sufficient; in this case, we don't even know the results yet, so it may be a bit of crystalballery as well. However, it may be prudent to await the results of the bi-election before {{prod}}ding or otherwise. Agent 86 20:40, 16 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have reviewed the Wikipedia:Candidates and elections guidelines and while I agree in general with the contention that "As a compromise between those who would keep all candidate articles and those who would delete all articles on yet-unelected candidates, it would be preferable if articles on elections were written before articles on individual candidates." However, this seems to be problematic in the case of a byelection. I have attempted to address this by writing separate byelection sections in each of the affected riding pages, see e.g. Burlington provincial byelection, 2007. Only after completing these pages did I go about writing sub-articles on the individual candidates in each byelection. Robbie dee 00:20, 17 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

==S.T.A.R.==[edit]

The S.T.A.R. wikilink links to "Street Transvestite Action Revolutionaries" (S.T.A.R.). Is that in fact the organization Judson was involved in? —The preceding unsigned comment was added by Robbie dee (talkcontribs) 18:02, 17 January 2007 (UTC).[reply]

Prodded and deprodded[edit]

My prod was removed by an anon without comment. However, I'm willing to give this some time. However, if this guy doesn't get elected and there are no other claims to fame for him, this article will surely be deleted. Friday (talk) 06:57, 21 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have merged the significant content here into New Democratic Party candidates, 2003 Ontario provincial election, as per the result in Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Cory Judson DES (talk) 22:44, 3 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
