Drafting[edit]

I simply can't understand "Bishops were in agreement over the articles until the Pope disapproved and then Becket repudiated his arguments." Whose arguments did Becket repudiate, Henry's or the Pope's? And what were the "articles"? Deipnosophista (talk) 20:15, 7 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]
