Comment and Interpretation?[edit]

Certain unreferenced statements in the Fundamental Rights section of the article such as:

  • "This is analogous to the guarantees of the American Equal Protection Clause and is an example of laws generally against institutional discrimination on the basis of status."
  • "This is a legal tautology for freedom of religion"
  • "This is analogous to the Common Law concepts of "eminent domain" and "just compensation"

look like interpretation or assertation. Please give a citation for these. LodroD (talk) 09:17, 21 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

My apologies for those bits. I've re-written them to look less like opinion. However, I don't think there's any problem with the statement about freedom of religion, as long as you understand tautology and freedom of religion. If anyone thinks it's something else, how about re-write it! Editing is so much more helpful than tagging. Cheers. JFHJr () 06:18, 2 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
