@Firejuggler86: do you happen to know of a reliable source for In alchemy, congelation is one of the 12 vital processes for transformation to occur? As you know, all content on Wikipedia that is challenged or likely to get challenged needs to be verified by a reliable source. I have challenged this, and the burden to demonstrate verifiability lies with the editor who adds or restores material, which would be you.
