Remaking this article[edit]

I remade this article after seeing that it had recently been deleted for copyright violations. Other than the airport data (which are just numbers) and the list of units at the base (which are titles), there should be no issues of copyright violation/plagiarism on the page. Error in geographic coordinates[edit]
