Bold text question about square miles[edit]

Can someone confirm how big of an area the Colorado Desert covers? Is the 2 500 sq miles figure correct? Reason I am asking is if I am not mistaken the 40 000 sq km provided is much more than 2 500 sq miles, I think 2 500 sq miles equal around 15 000 sq km. Thanks Bold textmuch helpped!!!

Weather? Geology?[edit]

Need to add general info about the weather and geology of this specific area. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.119.52.171 (talk) 18:16, 20 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Endemic flora?[edit]

The three species listed as endemic to the Colorado, Hesperocallis undulata (desert lily), Nolina bigelovii (Bigelow's nolina), and Peucephyllum schottii (pigmy-cedar), also occur among the flora of the Mojave Desert. So I blanked the section, but left the section header (for others to add in species that are truly endemic to the Colorado Desert). FloraWilde (talk) 21:49, 25 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]
