Remove /* Former lines */ section[edit]

The section doesn't add much value to the article, it's incomplete and not backed up by sources enough. Also it's imcomplete, only going back to the start of the Stadtbahn ages. Should neighborhoods in Cologne be part of the See Also section?[edit]

In my opinion links to districts or neighborhoods of Cologne don't make sense as part of the See Also section, because they don't add enough information on the topic of the Cologne Stadtbahn (or other transit in Cologne). They can be linked in the description of lines running through them however.
