Naming of the introductory chapters[edit]

Is there a name for them? In Swedish they are called kappa, which means coat and refers to the fact that they are wrapped around the papers/articles. The two instructions from English-speaking countries do not mention any special denomination. --Per W (talk) 12:56, 1 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]
