The result of the move request was: moved to City of Chelmsford. Uncontested and AFAICT uncontroversial. Somebody more knowledgeable about the terminology should change the article to reflect the new status. Favonian (talk) 17:51, 16 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Borough of Chelmsford → City of Chelmsford – City status appears to have now come into force with the borough now the "City of Chelmsford" and the Borough Council now "Chelmsford City Council".
