Clarification needed — Argentina — spelling error?[edit]

Clarification needed:

The Examples: Argentina section, penultimate paragraph, last sentence: When 2016 ended, inflation was in a recent of 42%.

This was changed from an all-time high of 42%.

Was that meant to say something like in the region of 42% but a typo and an autocorrection changed it to recent?

Or is there a specific meaning of recent here (which ought to be linked to)?
