Added cites & additional bio material...[edit]

I added additional biographical material as well as proper citations/references. I added a link to a touching Open Letter written by his manager, as well as included some its text in-article.

I also removed the "no references" tag from the article.

I also removed the table toward the end of the article listing his one Young Artist Award and two nominations. As this is not a very well known award (not surprising given the flood of awards that have washed over US TV in the last 20-25 years), I listed his one "win" in the articles texts. The two "nominations" I do not consider as having been significant enough to be mentioned. It would be one thing if they'd been Emmy nominations...
