Past roadie?[edit]

I thought I remembered hearing that Cross had once worked as a roadie for another major act before his own singing career took off. If anyone can verify and get that info in, it would be interesting I'd think. MTV and decline[edit]

The way I heard it, it had nothing to do with his music, but with the fact that the music industry became increasingly video-oriented throughout the 80s, and people just didn't wanna see a guy basically looking like Jack Black. --46.93.158.170 (talk) 02:45, 19 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

What really stinks about this article is that there is absolutely nothing about his huge comeback in the 1990s, when he switched to rap, changed the spelling of his name to Kriss Kross, and hired those two kids to dance in his videos. Unsuitable subsection heading?[edit]
