Missing List?[edit]

The text "In cocoa butter, there are six essential polymorphic forms. They are listed below with their melting points (Minifie, 1989)" is not followed by any sort of list; is that an omission? Also, should the reference be a link? AmigoNico (talk) 18:31, 24 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I don't think that a list of the forms of cocoa butter is necessary in this article. Instead, I removed the second sentence entirely and moved the first sentence into the following paragraph. Health Concerns?[edit]
