"Cents"[edit]

First, if this was divided into any hundredths, they'd've been called 分 and translated into cents. Second, the related Chinese article doesn't even mention notional 分 divisions. This currency was divided into 角 or tenths (cf. US dimes). Modern China does the same thing but at least has notional fen and makes very thin fen coins for currency transactions and the like. We'd need a source that anything similar was going on here, especially given the rampant inflation at the time. — LlywelynII 00:03, 13 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
