Pictures[edit]

The pictures of the coins were nominated for deletion because, images hosted on Commons must be totally free, i.e anyone can do anything they wish with a Commons image including commercial use, e.g. be printed on T shirts, made into coasters etc, Chinese law prohibits such use of the likeness of PRC coins. It should be safe though to reupload the images to Wikipedia itself rather than Commons with a fair use proviso, that the images will only be used on Wikipedia itself for educational purposes.KTo288 (talk) 09:54, 31 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
