Potential inconsistency[edit]
Under 'Military cooperation' it says " Israel has now become China's second-largest supplier of arms (following Russia)." But under 'Controversies' it says "Israel's increasing defense cooperation with China has caused concern in the United States, which is the largest provider of military equipment to Israel."
I presume that the two statements can be reconciled; there is probably a difference in 'arms' and 'military equipment' that I'm not seeing. But it should be spelt out in the text. --Matthew Proctor (talk) 23:18, 16 June 2008 (UTC)
- China's top suppliers: 1. Russia, 2. Israel.
- Israel's top suppliers: 1. United States...

Russia israel syria china quadrangle weapons dealing[edit]
Russia sells arms to syria, russia and israel jointly sold aircraft to china, and the chinese defense minister was able to visit Damascus and fly directly to israel after that, discussing military ties with both countries.

China, Iran, Israel anti soviet alliance[edit]
Cooley is a reliable source for china and israel's dealings in Afghanistan, although much of his attempts to deal with the history of islam in china is wrong. (he didn't know at all about the fact that the Second East Turkestan republic was a soviet puppet state)

Biased and Irrelevant Information[edit]
Under the development of bilateral relations, it reads "China's receptive and friendly embrace of the Jewish people on its soil has been one of affectionate sympathy as the Chinese have developed a favorable view of Jews, admiring them for their contributions to humanity, their ability to survive, the sharing of Chinese values such as family, frugality, hard work, and education, and being products of ancient civilizations have been an impetus towards the long and enduring friendship between the Chinese and Jewish peoples.[14][34][35] Shared affinities and similar cultural commonalities has not only been an impetus for the close bonds between China and Israel but has also created a symbol of brotherhood between the two communities.[13][36]" Not only is this information irrelevant to the section but reads like a ethnocentric propaganda with obvious favorable language to both sides.
I agree here. Not neutral and needs cleaning up. I think I'm going to be bold and take a stab at them. No one has disagreed with the above comment for a few days. so I think it's reasonable. 67.6.196.141 RedOak350 (talk) 22:34, 10 July 2020 (UTC)
