Up to date statistics[edit]

Just completed quite a significant edit to try and get the statistics on convictions and prisoners up to date. I know the ethnicity issue has been in the news recently and that it's also controversial. If the consensus is that ethnicity should perhaps just be left out then of course revert this edit.
