Charles Morritt[edit]

I’m the great great niece of Elizabeth (Bessie) Morritt known by her stage name of Madame Beulah, who was the common law wife of Charles and performed on stage with him. Our family has Bessie’s diaries and memoirs and lots of photographs of Charles with various famous magicians.My father is the Norman Allen mentioned in the Daily Mail article who researched Charles’ history. Unfortunately I am new to Wiki and don’t know how to edit the Wiki page to change/add information and upload photos

We need sources[edit]

We need reliable sources, and to be able to analyze the sources. The claim that his mother was a "gypsy" needs sourcing. We also should, if verifiable, call her a Roma, not a gypsy, since that is a much more accepted term. Right now the whole first paragraph looks a lot more like a bunk promotional biography for a performer, than a to be actually factually correct.John Pack Lambert (talk) 12:54, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]
