Untitled[edit]

Right now there is a review of the existing Brussels IIa (EC2201/2003) regulation. But it seems to be very intransparent. See e.g this FOI request: Brussels IIa (EC2201/2003) review - 28 Reports from 'each and every' memberstate for overall study

Regulation repealed and replaced[edit]

This instrument was replaced by a newer generation of the regulation in 2019. The old version is not in force anymore. Shaio (talk) 10:12, 15 May 2023 (UTC)[reply]
