She siad so in her latest VEVO video which is a behind the scenes of the song's music video.
Sweden Rocks hard her exact quote is "not a single from my album", she isn't saying that the song isn't a single, but that it's not a single from her album. The track has been serviced to all major digital retailers and has been marketed as a single, her saying that is isn't on her album doesn't automatically counteract this.
