It seems at least to me that this redirect would be better targeted to Coati#Nickname_misconception, since that's what the phrase is actually about. @Jinkinson:. I agree that Circular reporting is a bad target. I think pointing it to Coati and using {{R from incorrect name}} is the obvious thing to do here.
