While his death is not disputed, I hope we are using other citations besides Youtube and non-independent sources. This is the better way to cite and support new information and especially important information. Jurisdicta (talk) 20:48, 16 September 2020 (UTC)
In such a case it is plain silly to not accept the information from the source, from the family of the deceased. All others, like news outlets would get it from there as well. So, why to get it from a later link in the chain? --Manorainjan 23:45, 16 September 2020 (UTC)

On Gates notes, Bill gates official website it said William H. Gates II, had died on the 15th of September 2020 It shall mislead people who want to find out about this great man

Died September 15, 2020 (aged 94) near Hood Canal, Washington, U.S.

Not done: Sept 14 Monday it is. WaPo - hako9 (talk) 00:37, 18 September 2020 (UTC)

How could he be a II if he has the exact same name as his father? He is a Jr, not II. You can't be a II if you share the exact same name as your father, you become a Jr and your father becomes a Sr and if you name your sone the exact same name he becomes III. Therefore his son Bill Gates is a III.

Now is says his dad was Jr. so is a III and Bill Gates is a IV — Preceding unsigned comment added by Naturalthing (talkcontribs) 05:13, 4 May 2022 (UTC)

Bill Gates Sr.Bill Gates II – He is technically not the first Bill Gates. His father was Bill Gates I. His son was Bill Gates III. Interstellarity (talk) 16:03, 26 February 2021 (UTC)

Height

His height should not be listed merely for the reason that he is tall. His height has nothing to do with his occupation or fame. I removed it for those reasons. 80.89.76.252 (talk) 10:58, 9 December 2021 (UTC)
