Neutrality[edit]

I see this article has the neutrality tag on it, but whoever nominated it did not post his or her concerns on the talk page. I just took a look at the article, and am unsure of what the nominator's problem is. I'm no fan of Cayetano, but except for a few phrases ("swept into office," for example), I don't see anything here that's objectionable. Anyone? Mitchell k dwyer 08:21, 7 August 2005 (UTC)[reply]

The person who tagged the article should have openned a discussion as to why the tag had been put in place. It may have been here and might have been blanked out for all we know. Either way, such phrases as "swept into office" if in quotes need to be properly referenced otherwise they cannot be in quotations per manual of style, otherwise it is a possible POV tag worthy phrase and should be removed or replaced with a more neutral wording. --RightCowLeftCoast (talk) 03:23, 23 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
