Accusations of murder[edit]

This has been left rather inconclusive, with just the accusations left hanging in the air. I don't know how to go about looking for Israeli military court conviction records, but if someone does, might be worth an update - whether they have actually been convicted or are just sitting in some sort of state Kafka-esque legal limbo. Accusations -> demolitions misses some steps, unless collective punishment preceded conviction. Iskandar323 (talk) 08:21, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Three days after they were arrested, Netanyahu promised the demolition soon and a month after that, in September, the IDF told the families their house would be demolished, the indictment was not issued until October and then in November the demo carried out. No hurry, right? Selfstudier (talk) 10:28, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Then, https://www.jpost.com/israel-news/article-708142. Selfstudier (talk) 10:31, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Well that explains the lack of an intermediary conviction story. Very, erm, "efficient" justice I guess. I suppose when the conviction rate is 99%, why wait for legal niceties? Iskandar323 (talk) 10:44, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
The "justice system" for Palestinians is a joke, I am thinking about an article. Selfstudier (talk) 10:46, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I had to do a double take when I realised that the conviction was actually in 2022, not 2020 - I had been thinking it was six months, but no ... two and a half years. Iskandar323 (talk) 11:02, 7 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
