Combine this article with the 'Battle of Bakhmut'[edit]

I believe that the '2022 Russian Invasion of Ukraine' Wikipedia page contains way too many battles in comparison with other major and bigger conflicts.

The 'Battle of Soledar' should be combined with the 'Battle of Bakhmut' as this was a tactical operation for the encirclement of the city of Bakhmut by cutting off the northern logistic routes and I believe it is part of the grander battle for the city of Bakhmut. It would also remove the unnecessary clutter of information for this entire topic. Cilindar (talk) 07:17, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Ukranian losses[edit]

Update the ukranian loses from hundreds to 1378, that's how many coffins got delivered to kiev

russian losses should be at 300-400 dead and 700 to 1000 wounded, its a good estimate looking at how many troop were deployed and the average casualty and death percentages in other areas similar to Soledar 93.86.107.73 (talk) 13:53, 31 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have a source? Because Russians really lost many more men than Ukraine here.JoeZ451 (talk) 20:14, 11 February 2023 (UTC) sock puppet Icewhiz[reply]

Extended-confirmed-protected edit request on 20 April 2023[edit]

In the "Analysis" section, last paragraph, the phrase "whom supports Ukraine" should read "who supports Ukraine". Eemstewart (talk) 08:01, 20 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
